Robopac Orbit R Horizontal Stretch
Our Orbit R horizontal stretch wrapper line provides high-speed and high-performance and can be added to existing work cells or integrated lines.
The Orbit R is a rotating ring machine for spiral wrapping elongated products. The machine is equipped with electro-welded mesh safety guards to protect the operator during operation.
Infeed and outfeed units automatically adjust to ensure proper stabilization of the product. The length of the run can be adjusted manually, if needed, to compensate for products of varying height. Plus, the highly reliable, dual rod cut and clamp system fully automates the wrapping process.
The seven (7) inch color touch screen provides complete control of all processes with the touch of a finger. Accurate, easy to understand controls are displayed on every screen allowing for quick and simple operation. Store up to 20 unique, user-defined wrapping programs.

Robopac Compacta 6 Semi Automatic
Compacta semi-automatic horizontal rotating ring stretch wrappers are designed for low- to midvolume production. They are designed for bundling long, narrow products like wood molding, aluminum, and plastic extrusion as well as tubing, textiles, and carpet. Safe, simple operation includes automatic film clamping and cutting. Compactas feature constant film tensioning to improve package integrity and reduce film breaks.

- The film carriage unit has a direct breaking transmission roller, and it is adjustable at any time. It also eases spool loading and film insertion to a maximum. The spool carriage device is equipped with locking and quick release of the spool.
- The automatic highly reliable dual rod clamping and cutting system fully automates the wrapping process.* The wrapping program can be started in full safety thanks to the pedal start system.
Robopac Technoplat 708 CS/CW
The Technoplat 708 CS (Clamp, cutting and sealing unit) or CW (cut and weld) semi-automatic turntable stretch wrapping machine cuts and attaches the film tail to the load at the end of the wrap cycle for superior load containment.
The Technoplat 708 CS/CW semi-automatic shrink wrapper saves 2 minutes of labor per load by keeping the operator on the fork truck. For the average customer, this translates to labor savings of $29,000 over 5 years and $60,000 over the life of the machine!
Our Remote Control start allows the fork truck operator to start the wrap cycle while staying on the fork truck. This allows them to leave the current load to pick up and stage another load which improves productivity.
