Sigma II Neo Induction Sealer
- Conveyor Stop System: The conveyor stops in certain predefined condistions such as: no bottle, sealin goff, bottle jam.
- Over Load Protection & Alarms: Over voltage, over current, over temperature cut off.
- Designed to operate with variations in main input voltage from 210 V AC – 250 V AC
- Versatile: Ultra modern sealing head. Seals from 20 – 120mm in same sealing. No need to swivel or turn the sealing head for larger neck diameters.
- Flexibility: Small diameter caps and big diameter caps can be sealed at the same line speed offering packagers higher efficiency and productivity. This also reduces operator error by maintaining common sealing line speed.
- Assured Quality: The ultra modern sealing head ensure center wax melt in medium and large diameter caps without compromising line speeds.
- Smart Performance: Even if the bottle travels off center of the sealing head by 5 – 7mm it still delivers a perfect seal. This feature takes care of operator errors.
- You can add accessories like: No foil detector, bottle jamming detector, auto stop detector, total production / bottle counter, auto start system and conveyor stop system.
