Karopack: Produce packaging void fill material simply, efficiently, sustainably and cost-effectively from cardboard and paper waste.
Simply fill the shredder with all waste cardboard and paper, including sleeves and edge protectors made of solid board or catalogs.
The shredded material is vacuumed off and conveyed to the storage container and filled into the upholstered cushions via a metering screw.
Accumulating dust is extracted separately.
The packaging machine pulls paper from the roll, forms and fills the bag.
The finished Karopacks are transported away via a conveyor belt.
All parameters, such as bag length and filling quantity, can be individually set and saved as recipes.
Karopacks are stable, easy to handle and inexpensive void fill material.
